L'appartement est climatisé naturellement grâce à son emplacement sous des voûtes anciennes et à ses murs en pierres très épais gardant une vraie fraicheur même en plein été.
Une cour intérieure commune sera à votre disposition pour profiter pleinement de ce lieu magique, vous relaxer, déjeuner ou encore boire un verre ou un café.

The Duché Suite offers you a unique experience in an unusual accommodation in the heart of the city, on the magnificent, recently restored Place du Duché.
This accommodation is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible with no stairs or steps to climb. Disabled access OK. The apartment is naturally air-conditioned thanks to its location under ancient vaults and its thick stone walls, which keep it cool even in the height of summer.
A shared courtyard is available for you to enjoy this magical place, relax, have lunch or enjoy a drink or coffee. The accommodation is located on a pedestrianised square with no noise from cars, bars or restaurants. Absolute calm for ultra-restful nights.
Located in the heart of the conservation area, you can walk anywhere in the town, and it is just a stone's throw from bakeries, restaurants, cafés and other shops, as well as the iconic Uzès market (30 seconds on foot).You can drive up to the accommodation to unload your belongings. Several car parks are then available a few minutes from the accommodation.
